This Privacy Policy applies to the Islamic Games Together application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Onur Demircan (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".
The Application does not require account creation or registration. Players may use the Application immediately upon installation. The Service Provider does not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifying information during onboarding.
The Application uses Photon Fusion 2 (provided by Exit Games GmbH) to enable real-time online multiplayer functionality. When a player participates in an online session, the following technical data is transmitted to Photon's servers solely for the purpose of establishing and maintaining the connection:

The Application integrates Unity Analytics (provided by Unity Technologies). Analytics collection is entirely optional and remains inactive unless the player explicitly grants consent through the in-app data-sharing setting. Consent may be withdrawn at any time via the Application's settings menu.
When consent is granted, the Application collects anonymized, aggregated gameplay data for the sole purpose of improving the Application. This includes information such as the device's system language, the selected in-app language, which game modes are played, gameplay configuration settings (such as round count, player count, and time limits), and which word categories are enabled. None of this data contains or is linked to any personally identifiable information.

The Application offers non-consumable in-app purchases (such as word packs and player-limit upgrades) processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The Service Provider does not collect, process, or store any payment or billing information. All transactions are governed by the respective platform's terms and privacy policy:
Purchase entitlement status is stored locally on the device and verified through the relevant platform.
Certain basic technical information may be collected automatically as part of standard platform operation, including device type and operating system version. This information is used solely to ensure application compatibility and is not shared for advertising purposes.
The Application does not collect or use precise real-time location information from the device.
The Application does not employ Artificial Intelligence or machine learning technologies to process user data or deliver its features.

The Service Provider may disclose information when required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or similar legal process, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the rights and safety of users or the public.
The Application is designed to be family-friendly and is rated Ages 3+ on Google Play and Ages 4+ on the Apple App Store. Age ratings may vary by country in accordance with local store policies.
The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, or the applicable minimum age in the user's jurisdiction. The Application includes no registration mechanism, social profiles, or any means by which a child could submit personal information.
Should the Service Provider become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information, such data will be deleted promptly. The Service Provider implements reasonable technical and procedural measures to safeguard information processed through the Application. However, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security, and the Service Provider cannot warrant that data will be free from all potential breaches.
